AI Video Generation and Real-Time Compositing Workflows
Creative Alchemy implemented AI-driven video generation and real-time compositing technologies, enabling quick iterations of visual content that were seamlessly integrated into Shorehaven’s brand messaging.
AI-Powered Video Creation: Using Runway we were able rapidly generate thematic visual content - allowing for the rapid creation of visual elements.
Real-Time Compositing: Real-time compositing was used to integrate AI-generated graphics with live-action video, text and existing brand assets. This allowed for immediate visual feedback and rapid adjustments.
AI-Powered Video Creation: Using AI tools, we automated parts of the video production process, allowing for the rapid creation of visual elements such as motion graphics and animated data visualisations. These AI-generated graphics were tailored for different audience segments, enhancing Shorehaven’s ability to personalise content.
Real-Time Compositing: Real-time compositing was used to integrate AI-generated graphics with live-action video or existing brand assets. This allowed for immediate visual feedback and rapid adjustments, ensuring that the content aligned with Shorehaven’s brand guidelines.

AI Content Organization and GPT Integration for Shorehaven Wealth Management
Introduction: Organising Interview Footage for Seamless Content Production
In the development of the website and social media content for Shorehaven Wealth Management, Creative Alchemy leveraged AI transcription with Otter and natural language processing via ChatGPT to categorise and classify the footage, enabling us to quickly create narratives and process edited content. This project not only expanded our expertise in AI workflows but also furthered our mission to advance research and workflow knowledge for the broader creative community.
The Challenge: Processing Large Amounts of Footage Efficiently
Shorehaven needed a solution that would allow us to:
Accurately transcribe interviews to ensure no valuable insights were missed.
Classify the content into relevant themes such as leadership, financial strategy, and client service.
Organise the footage into sub clips that could be easily integrated into different content formats like social media videos or client presentations.
The Solution: AI-Powered Transcription and Categorization
Otter for AI Transcription:
We used Otter to automatically transcribe the interview footage, transforming it into searchable text. This gave us an efficient foundation for categorising and organising the content.
ChatGPT for Categorization and Classification:
ChatGPT was configured to categorise sections of the transcription based on Shorehaven’s content goals, such as wealth management strategies, trust-building, and client engagement. The model also generated summaries of key sections, allowing us to identify sub clips quickly.
Narrative Development:
Using the GPT we were able to keyword search the database for content related to themes or keywords even across different interviews and people. We were then able to organise these statements and find cut points to make a rough cut based on this narrative structure - being given timecode markers for these sub clips which could be fed into Davinci and Smode as pre-built timelines.
Database Creation and EDL Generation:
The categorised clips were stored in a database with corresponding timecodes, which we used to generate Editing Decision Lists (EDLs). We experimented with automating timeline generation for Davinci and SMODE from these data bases with python and ChatGPT.
